			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This Worry Buster tip comes straight from the great Inventor Thomas Edison himself.</p>
<p>Any time Edison was desperately seeking a solution for a problem{ and i think it was most of the time}, he would write the problem in his Pad and let the subconcious work on it overnight.</p>
<p>He was amazed how many times the perfect solution came to him, sometimes in the middle of the night.</p>
<p>A caveat though- You must absolutely believe that a perfect solution exists. &#8220;Belief creates the actual facts&#8221; , says Brian Tracy tells.</p>
<p>When asking questions use this tip. Ask <strong>How</strong> questions and <strong>not</strong> Why questions.</p>
<p>Why comes up with the causes but How brings up the solutions.</p>
<p>Do not think wheater its possible, just ask how can you make it possible.</p>
<p>Focus on the solution and you will always find it no matter what. It may not be to your liking. It may demand a few tough desions on your part but it is there.</p>
<p>When you find the solution just take action and get it done with.</p>
<p>There is no better feeling.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Fats are wrongly considered the enemy of mankind. After all thats what you think when you see your bulgign tummy right?</p>
<p>Wrong! the matter of fact is that carbs, proteins or fats any of these when consumed excessively will be stored as body fat.</p>
<p>So why are fats to be blamed? Because fats are most likely to be stired as bodyfat due to their chemical structure.</p>
<p>The real reason for excess bodyfat is inactivity.</p>
<p>Our ancestors could not afford excess weight. It was a trouble with survival. Their constant hunting and tilling made their metabolisms very fast.</p>
<p>But today in this pass-me-the-remote-coz-i-dont-want-to-walk-till-tv and fast foods coupled with inactivity is making fat storage inevitable.</p>
<p>Love the fat for its many functions without which we could not survive.</p>
<p>But keep the overall calories from fat low andf get running.</p>
<p>I will tomorrow cover the basics of weight loss.</p>
<p>Stay with me. I will cut the crap once and for all.</p>

<p>The best way to enjoy alcohol is in moderation and I will convince you why.</p>
<p>If you have Fitness goals then the pleasure of a great body will far outweigh the short term pleasure of alcohol not to mention how cvan lose your mind and those frequent bathroom visits.</p>
<p>Did I mention the next day morning heavy-head. </p>
<p>Only if there was a way to avoid it you say right?</p>
<p>There is a way. Its called moderation.</p>
<p>The fact is that your body can only metabolise one drink per hour and if you overdo it chances are that your blood alcohol levels rise causing all the uncomfortable problems. Also drinking alcohol with or after food reduces its fast metabolism.</p>
<p>Fitnesswise you are better off by drinking only on weekends and in moderation.</p>
<p>There is a saying that if you want to drink and eat more then eat and drink less so that you live longer and enjoy them for longer time rather than suffering all the dis-ease they cause.</p>
<p>The choice is yours. It always has been.</p>
